Beginners often start with disposables, which serve as good benchmarks to estimate how many puffs you’ll get from your e-liquid. These disposables use nicotine salts in a 50/50 VG/PG ratio, balancing vapor and flavor. A disposable vape pen with around 1.0Ω resistance and 2ml e-liquid typically lasts for about 600 puffs.
