Crystal Bar vs Diamond Bar Review

Accessorise, accessorise, accessorise.
Are we solely focused on jewellery now? Before long, we’ll likely encounter an Elf Bar Mineral range. The popularity of Crystal Bar by SKE Vapes and Diamond Bar by Vapes Bars is on the rise. Since both have a bit of glitz and are quite alike, I’ve opted to conduct a vs review. Let’s kick off this review. It’s Crystal Bar versus Diamond Bar!
Appearance
Visually, both devices are nearly indistinguishable. Each boasts a plastic casing with a metallic sheen. The Crystal Bar showcases a transparent plastic encasing a colored wrap within. In contrast, the Diamond Bar exhibits a colored plastic with a silver interior.
Both disposable vapes have a glamorous look and undoubtedly catch the eye when placed alongside an Elf Bar or Geek Bar.
Of the two, I favor the colored plastic of the Diamond Bar. The Crystal Bar strikes me as resembling a lipstick more than a vape. Thus, Diamond Bar wins this round, albeit by a photo finish.
Winner: Diamond Bar
Performance: Crystal Bar vs Diamond Bar.
When it comes to vape quality and draw, the two devices are essentially alike. Each lasts about 600 puffs and consistently delivers flavor. Both kits also contain 2% nic salt liquid. However, the distinguishing factor lies in the actual flavors, with Diamond Bar emerging as the clear winner (see what I did there?).
The Crystal Bar had a somewhat perfumey taste, which, while it aligns with the aesthetic, isn’t particularly enjoyable for me in a vape. I sampled the Gummy Bear and Blueberry Sour Raspberry flavors. They could have been delightful if not for the fragrant aftertaste. I’m uncertain about the flavor ingredient used, but it spoiled the overall experience.
The Diamond Bar performed admirably, standing strong against other popular disposable options available in the market. For a direct comparison, I tried the Blue Razz Sapphire (Blueberry Sour Raspberry) and, since Gummy Bear wasn’t available, I opted for Red Ruby (Cherry Ice). The flavors from the Diamond Bar were far superior and lacked the aftertaste that plagued the Crystal Bar.
This round goes to the Diamond Bar once more, this time with a considerable lead.
Winner: Diamond Bar
Ease of Use
In this category, there’s no convincing winner. As disposables, both devices are incredibly user-friendly. Simply remove them from their packaging, take out the rubber stoppers, and start vaping. Once the liquid is depleted (indicated by a burnt taste) or the battery is dead, just dispose of the device. Bear in mind that, like all disposables, they contain a battery, so be sure to dispose of them responsibly at a designated battery disposal site.
Winner: Neither, it’s a draw!
Price: Crystal Bar vs Diamond Bar
Each bar is priced at £4.99. However, you can purchase them for as little as £3.80 through our multi-buy offers!
Winner:Neither, it’s a draw!
Target Audience
Both devices cater to vapers who are either starting out or seeking a straightforward vaping solution. They are both MTL kits, sharing similarities with other devices on the market. Once again, there’s no definitive winner in this category.
Winner: Neither, it’s a draw!
Final Verdict: Crystal Bar vs Diamond Bar
Both devices appear similar, and their vaping experience is alike. However, when it comes to the flavors of the liquid, the outright winner is the Diamond Bar!
The Diamond Bar provides 600 puffs with 2% nicotine, featuring robust flavors that remain consistent throughout usage.
Regrettably, the SKE Crystal Bar emerges as the loser in this comparison.
It also offers 2% nicotine and 600 puffs. While the flavors are still enjoyable, they simply do not match the excellence of the Diamond Bar.
