Using Artificial intelligence to analyze social media consumer insights and decision process

After doing an extensive research on the topic prior to writing this blog post, I realized that using artificial intelligence to analyze consumer insights on social media and influence their decision process to generate more sales and leads will be a must in the near future and will become a standard practice in the social media marketing industry.

During my research which took me about 1 month to gather, I realized that many social media companies already use these methods to increase their sales, and even my friend Jeff which is the Operation manager at one of these companies confirmed the fact with me over the phone last weekend when I called him.
